We want you to be head over heels for your KABINC gear! Because each item is custom-printed just for you with our unique designs through our print-on-demand partner, our return policy is designed to be fair to both our awesome customers and our special production model. We truly appreciate your understanding of how this works.
Our KABINC Quality Guarantee:
We stand by the quality of our products! If there’s an issue with your KABINC item, we're here to help make it right.
Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items: If your item arrived misprinted, damaged, or defective, or if you received the wrong item (e.g., incorrect design, size, or color from what you originally ordered), we will absolutely make it right at no additional cost to you.
Please contact us immediately at support@kabinc.store within 30 days after the product has been delivered to you.
To help us resolve this quickly, please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Claims for these types of issues, if deemed an error on our part, are covered at our expense. You generally won't need to return the item in these cases. We'll arrange for a replacement or a full refund promptly.
Lost in Transit or Not Received: For orders that haven’t been received, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We'll investigate and work to resolve it for you.
Understanding Returns & Exchanges for Custom Items:
Since every KABINC product is custom-printed especially for you upon order, we handle returns differently than traditional retail.
No Returns or Size/Color Exchanges (Buyer's Remorse): Due to our products being made to order, we do not accept returns or offer size or color exchanges if you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size or color. We cannot restock or resell these custom-printed items.

Always Check Size Guides: To help you choose the perfect fit and avoid disappointment, please always refer to our detailed size guides available on each product page before placing your order. We provide these to ensure you're confident in your selection!
Discounted Reorder Option: We understand mistakes happen. If you genuinely made an error in sizing or color, please contact us at support@kabinc.store. While we cannot offer a free return or exchange in these cases, we may be able to offer you a discount on a reorder of the correct item. This helps you get what you want without paying full price again, and helps us minimize our operational impact.
Important Information on Shipments & Returns:
Incorrect Address Provided: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment partner's facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you. If we can't confirm an updated address or billing method, the order will be donated to charity without a refund.
Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that go unclaimed by you are returned to our fulfillment partner's facility. You will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to your updated address. If we can't confirm an updated address or billing method, the order will be donated to charity without a refund.
Carrier Error Returns: If your order is returned to us due to an error on the carrier's part (e.g., undeliverable, carrier error), our fulfillment partner will offer to reship the order to you.
Return Address: Please do not send any returns directly without contacting us first. Our fulfillment partner's facility is the default return address for all returned shipments. When they receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification is sent to us. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days. Sending items to an incorrect address may result in you being liable for the shipment and no refund being processed.
Special Considerations for Our EU Customers:
Right of Withdrawal Exemption for Custom Products: For our valued customers in the European Union, please be aware that under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal (also known as the "cooling-off period") does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.
As all KABINC products are custom-printed with our unique designs specifically for your order, they fall under this exemption. This means that once an order has been placed and production has begun, we are generally unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, as detailed in our "Quality Guarantee" above.
Hygiene Exception: Additionally, according to Article 16(e) of the same directive, returns for sealed goods (like face masks) that were unsealed after delivery and aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons may also be refused. Any returned orders with such items will be disposed of.
Proof of Purchase: For any eligible return or claim, you must have your receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions:
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
This policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language.
